Blooming Garden Inn - Extended Stay

The Blooming Garden Inn, celebrating its 28th year of service under original management, offers extended stay accommodations west of Raleigh and close to Chapel Hill, NC. Daily rates start as low as $45, and apply to continuous stays of a month or longer. The inn is in a very favorable location, central to the town of Durham.

The inn facilities include free wi-fi, a large ground floor room, otherwise known as the "Ivy Room" which features a queen antique bed, sitting area, bath/shower in room, small fridge and microwave, cable TV, and private side porch access with glider and lounge;. If you're interested in something upstairs, for bath-lovers, there is the "Tiffany Room", which us our lightest, airiest bedroom. This room includes a sitting area in the east-facing bay wall adorned with antique stained glass panels. At the rear of the carpeted hallway is the spacious "Moroccan Room", featuring a queen brass bed, an elaborate marble top dresser, and private adjacent bath with shower; and on the same floor is our premiere "Morning Glory Luxury Suite", which spans the whole front of the house. The Suite features a large Jacuzzi and balcony, beautiful antique double bed, sitting area in a west-facing bay wall with stained glass, other antique furniture, and a futon with large writing desk, all within 3 connecting rooms. There is a 21 column wraparound porch with swing and sitting areas both front and back on the original plot of this c. 1890 home, in which we preserved virtually all the original woodwork and decor. A custom full breakfast is offered up to 10 AM with checkout by noon.

Please note, 'extended stays' of at least a week, with or without breakfast, can be considered at significantly reduced rates. Site visits are by appointment, and are more than welcomed and encouraged. All taxes are waived for stays of 90 days or longer, by state law.
