The Ivy Room pictured here is on the first floor of the Durham NC Bed and Breakfast just off the hallway across from the dining room. This room is decorated in dark green with cherry accents, the window has a stained glass panel in it, and there is also a very elegant tiffany stained glass lamp on an antique dresser. Prominent is the solid cherry Victorian bed, adapted to accommodate a queen sized mattress. Included in the most spacious of our single room is a bath/shower combination in its private marbled floored bathroom. There is a sitting area, large closet and private access to the western side of the big wrap-around porch with your own glider. The daily rate for the Ivy Room is $129 (plus tax), payment by check or cash only
